Finlaggan Islay Single Malt Whisky is sourced from one single distillery, which is a closely guarded secret and known to only a select few.
Named after Loch Finlaggan on the isle of Islay, where the small islands in the loch were a centre of symbolic and historical importance, this distinctly peated whisky is at a full cask strength of 58% abv.
Pungent peat, smoky bacon and touches of leather on the nose. Oily on the palate with sweet smoke, iodine and hints of lemon zest. Long and warming with soot and ash.
Delicious served neat or over ice, but also fantastic mixed in long drinks or cocktails.
