Delivery charges

Standard delivery

Standard delivery takes 6-8 weeks. Delivery is typically £45 , however an accurate price will be given when you place your order, dependent on your location. During very busy periods, such as Christmas standard delivery may take longer. We will keep you updated on the status of your order and anticipated delivery date throughout the fulfilment period.

 

When will my products be delivered?

After you have placed your order with us we will send you an order confirmation email. In the ‘What happens next?’ section of this email, you will find information about when your products will be delivered. If you haven’t received this email within 24 hours of placing your order please contact us by emailing cheers@caskspirit.co.

 

Returns, replacements and exchanges

As our casks are created  bespoke to order, under The Sale of Goods Act casks cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty. We always try to ensure that you have all the information you need to decide whether our products are suitable for you to purchase.

You may always contact us to ask us questions or for advice on how best to proceed if you have an issue. We will respond to you directly, usually within 24 hours. Please contact us via email on cheers@caskspirit.co.

 

How do I return an item/items?

Please check your delivery as soon as possible after it arrives. If you would like to discuss the return of any item, or report a breakage, please contact Customer Care by emailing cheers@caskspirit.co Between 9am and 5pm 7 days a week. This must be done within 14 days of receipt of order.

If your item is faulty and you have to return it to us you will be required to re-package your cask, in the packaging in which it was delivered. We will arrange collection with you directly. Courier collection will be arranged as soon as possible, usually next working day, please note we are unable to make collections on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.  You’ll receive an email to confirm when we have received the item/items at our cellar. Then we will refund you as promptly as possible but usually with 7 days of the goods being received.

 

What if I’m not in when you deliver?

Our deliveries are made by third party carriers. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm that your order is on its way. All deliveries require a signature by someone over the age of 18; if you are not in, the carrier will attempt delivery to a neighbouring address and if this is not possible, a card will be posted through your letterbox with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery.

 

Can I change or cancel an order once I have checked out?

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We will always try to accommodate changes to your order if we can, but after your cask has started to be personalised, we will not be able to process cancellation.

 

Do you deliver or send products outside the United Kingdom?

Apart from the Isle of Man, we do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands or send products outside the UK, including BFPO addresses. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
